Amazing Potato Exhibit
The
Amazing Potato Exhibit is a national exhibit previously displayed at the
National Museum of Science
and Technology and at the Canadian Agriculture Museum in Ottawa. Originally
the cost of this project was approximately $500 000. It is a large
professional display depicting the history and culture of the potato. There are
numerous extraordinary displays in both English and French, as well as
interactive terminals for education and entertainment. Before
entering the Exhibit, you'll find the Potato Hall of Fame, recognizing
those who have contributed a great deal to the growth and development of the
