I chose your museum because I have always wanted to visit PEI, and I come from a potato farming family. Comments: I think the site is great however I do think you could do with some innovative ideas about how to cook potatoes. I think they are best roasted but you can't beat a bit of baked mash especially if you mix some mustard and cheese in!
